Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Australian Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are sent via Australia Post or another trusted courier.

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate: $10

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping:

Flat rate: $15

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee will apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been lodged with the courier, it is out of our control. If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please follow up directly with Australia Post or the courier using your tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Local Pickup 
Local pickup is available in Penrith, NSW. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We will contact you to make pick up arrangements.
